Through our Bible-based trauma healing courses, scripture journals and online community, we walk with you on a journey of inner healing and renewal.

Practical Healing Tools — Our courses combine biblical teaching, psychology and neuroscience, in simple step-by-step ways.

Rooted in Scripture — Each teaching is built on God’s Word and science, bringing both truth and hope into the healing process.

Community Impact — A portion of every course purchased, helps to fund outreaches of The Lighthouse Healing Centre in underserved communities, starting in Trinidad and Tobago. Your healing helps someone else begin theirs.

Hi, I'm Carolyn

My passion for this work comes from my own journey through deep pain, rejection and rebuilding life from the ground up. I know what it is to be knocked down, to lose your sense of self, and to wonder if you’ll ever rise again. And I also know what it takes to get back up.

This isn’t about digging up the past or forcing you to share things you’re not ready to talk about. Instead, I’ll guide you step by step with practical tools, biblical wisdom and simple exercises that help your mind and body rewire. Little by little, you’ll begin to feel lighter, calmer and more in control of your life.

I've seen countless men and women who thought they were “too far gone,” now discover focus, confidence and strength they didn’t know they had.
